Welcome to Tracy Slack Counseling! My expertise lies in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, couples, and groups experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, dysregulation, grief, and trauma.
My therapeutic approach encompasses a diverse range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psycho-dynamic techniques. These modalities enable me to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, explore past experiences, establish healthy, prosocial goals, and develop life plans that promote mental well-being.
